History[]

Young Stone asking two girls to hand over their cigarettes.
Before the apocalypse, Stone was a beat cop in Topeka, Kansas. He was often disrespected and despised by the town, commonly mistaken for a mall cop.
During the apocalypse, he was robbed by his neighbors for weapons and Juggs magazines. He was then goaded by another neighbor into dealing with looters holed up in a resturaunt. When he confronted them, they continued to insult him by calling him a mall cop. Stone then retailiated by firing at the looters in a blind rage, later realizing he had gunned down a child hiding under the table.

Agent Stone gives a choice to Quiet and Loud.
By 2022, Stone had become leader of a police force enforcing draconian law to citizens outside the walls. In his first appearance, he subdues Quiet and Loud by destroying their hearse with mines. He gives them a gun for one to kill the other. Loud kills himself, and Shepard burns the Lawmen emblem into Quiet's arm, leaving her with a bullet if she decides to kill herself as well.

Agent Stone interrogates John and Quiet.
Stone then rescues Mike and Stu from Butchers, quickly recruiting them to his forces and training them to kill Seagulls. He first meets John and Quiet when they try to cross one of his outposts without a license, interrogating them about John's map. When they refuse to comply, he sends them to the red line, but they escape.
Stone encounters Quiet again when she sneaks into Topeka seeking revenge. They duel briefly throughout Thrills and Spills Park. He flips her car with a missile, but she climbs out alive. Before he can finish her off, John rescues her, striking him from behind with a blood missile.

Injured Stone.
Stone's final fight with John and Quiet takes place in Midtown Raceway, when the two, alongside the Convoy's Juggernaut and Sweet Tooth, cross his blockade on the way to New San Francisco. When he fires into Sweet Tooth's truck, the clown leaps onto his hood, pounding his windshield until Stone shoots him off. He attempts to take John and Quiet out with missiles, but they deploy a hood ramp that sends him flying from the track. He pulls Quiet from her car, who laughs at him when he has her at gunpoint, allowing John to hurl an axe into his face. As he bleeds, she returns his gun, allowing him to die quickly. The two depart for New San Francisco as a gunshot sounds behind them.
Trivia[]
- Agent Stone is haunted by accidentally murdering a child in a blind fury of gunfire, represented by a bloodied stuffed animal. This is similar to his namesake's backstory in Black.
