The ambulance resembles a red Freightliner FL60 Medic Master. It has the Harbor City name on its sides and rear.

Story[]
At the end of the first mission in the hospital section of the asylum, Sweet Tooth finds an ambulance, and he uses it to escape from incoming cops in the second mission. After escaping, Sweet Tooth ditches it at the Impound Lot, aiming to find his truck again.
Trivia[]
- Despite not being a full Twisted Metal vehicle in this game, another ambulance would eventually be fully playable in Twisted Metal (2012) as Meat Wagon.
