
Big Blue Stadium is the first level in Twisted Metal: Head-On. It is a small arena, and the player has to defeat 3 enemies to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Los Angeles.

This arena was a Baseball Stadium. It includes two dugouts that connect, a concert stage, bleachers and a small building where a full health can be found (Story Mode Only).
Environmental Attack[]
- Band Attack:[1] The environmental weapon pickup is on the stands next to the band. Activating it causes fireworks to shoot out of the stage where the band is playing and seek competitors that are on the field below.

Demolition Derby[]
This is a classic Demolition Derby contest with taxi cabs. Ram your vehicle into the five cabs and destroy them in three minutes or less to earn an extra life. Destroyed cabs will leave behind a power-up.

Trivia[]
- The song "Disaster Proof" by Level only plays in the PS2 version if you watch the entire first cutscene.
- It is possible to blow up the band playing in the stage with a Remote Bomb. Blowing them up causes Disaster Proof to stop playing.
- This is the only arena in story mode where you do not unlock anything when you beat the minigame.
- In an early version of Big Blue Stadium when the game was still known as Twisted Metal: Rage, Egypt's theme played as a placeholder.
