Bloody Mary is a secondary antagonist from the Twisted Metal television series.

Bloody Mary is a caucasian woman with long blonde hair, wears a black dress with a lower part that is white and covered in what appears to be blood.

Background[]
Bloody Mary used to run one of the first Milkmen pit stops in San Juan Capistrano, originally ran by her deceased mother. She met John Doe there as he would often pass by to fill the tank, as well as other things, and they eventually fell in love. What she wanted most however was to leave the pit behind and become a Milkman like John, but he always denied to take her with him.
A certain day, a gang of Burnouts burned the pit stop down, with nobody surviving except for Mary, who managed to escape by hiding on the church's bell tower. John didn't return for her, assuming she was dead, leading Mary to start fresh as a pedestrian, and receiving several scars throughout the years. Even having to play dead to Butchers, and eat the human meat from their camps.

After some unknown amount of time, she became a Milkman and made quite a name for herself. According to Mr. Slam she made more runs than anyone, and would often wipe out entire Vultures nests just for fun.
Season 1[]

One day on 2022, she was hanging out on the Nut House pit stop when she had a run-in with John Doe again, as well as his new girlfriend Quiet. She shared some stories with her and catched up with him, but was clearly jealous. After John lets slip up that his package may be his last, ensuring him a place on the inside of a city, she shares that info with the other Milkmen in the pit stop, leading to a free for all brawl for the package. Mary fights with Quiet, but ends up getting struck by one of her axes and dropping to the floor.

However, she seemingly isn't dead, as a month later when Calypso is beginning to arrange his Twisted Metal Tournament, he places a photo of Mary in one of the brackets, with her being chosen as one of the contestants.

- The blood that appears on her dress is a reference to Bloody Mary's wedding gown in Twisted Metal: Black.
