It has the same model from Twisted Metal: Black, but with brighter textures.

Same special from Twisted Metal: Black ONLINE, as the launched follower has the ability to slightly home in on opponents, unlike the single player version of Black.
Trivia[]
- In Twisted Metal: Lost, the follower on the hood of Brimstone will be impaled by the stake before being used for the first time, but will appear to be sitting on the stake for each subsequent use. The reasons for this are unknown, though a possible explanation might be the developers (or Sony) wanting Head-On’s PS2 port to retain the same Teen rating as the original PSP version.
