Calypso's unnamed sister was the younger sibling of Calypso and posthumously, the aunt of Krista Sparks. She is indirectly the reason why Calypso created the Twisted Metal tournament in Twisted Metal 2.
Story[]
When Calypso was 12, he had a fascination with roadkill and he had collected many dead animals from the road. One day, he saw a copperhead snake and decided to run it over with his parents' car in which they foolishly left the keys in the ignition. However, Calypso didn't realize that his sister was leaning against the car and he accidentally ran over her head.
Calypso's parents told him to clean up the blood. When he picked up his sister's doll, he stared at it until he came to the conclusion that the doll was his sister. Because of the immense guilt that was eating Calypso for the accidental killing of his sister, for the rest of his life he wanted to kill himself, and attempted to do so many times over the course of his life, eventually succeeding.
Trivia[]
- In Minion's ending, he opens a portal to Hell and drops Calypso into it as revenge for stealing his powers. While doing so, Minion taunts him, hoping Calypso to rot there with his sister. It is not known how Minion was aware of her presence there, or if he was merely rubbing it in.
