Carn-O-Maul

Carn-O-Maul is the second level in Twisted Metal: Small Brawl. It's a medium-sized arena, and the player has to defeat 4 enemies to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Easy Death Oven.

"Hey, the Bumbling Brother's Carnival is in town! House-O-Mirrors - been there. Super Slide - done that. Coaster of Death - last year's news. But you've never been to the Carn-O-Maul and it seems like it's a good place for some down and dirty RC car combat. Just watch out for the Saw Blade-O-Doom!"

Carn-O-Maul is a horror themed fun house with a lot of obstacles. Including a spinner, saw blade, skeleton, a tube shaped spinner, and a buckle that swings back and forth and can hit you. In Tournament mode, the player must face 4 enemies before moving on to the next stage.

Hazards

• Saw Blade: On the center of the level, there's a saw blade with a health pickup in the middle of it, baiting players into getting damaged.
• Swinging Axe: A swinging axe in the middle ramp to the upper area, touching it deals damage.
• Skeleton: A giant skull with hands occasionally spawns in the area behind the mirror door and exits out of there via a set of doors, then goes around the bottom part of the level until it reaches the other set of doors, despawning in the same area it appeared in. Touching it deals damage.

Trivia

• If you shoot the skeleton it will drop health.
• Go behind the mirror door and you will reveal where the skeleton comes from.
• The longer you stay on the flat spinner, the faster it will spin and eventually you can get thrown off.
