It consists of a tiny square space similar to the starting area from Prison Passage (but not the same), it is filled with boxes and has an elevator in the middle leading to a health pickup.

As seen in pre-release videos of Twisted Metal: Black, such as the 2000 trailer from PlayStation Underground 4.4's second disc;[1] the level used to be larger, and included an outside area which was surrounded by large walls reminiscent of Blackfield Asylum. The gates used to open and close, acting similar to the car crusher from Junkyard.
