Petunia's past is unknown.
Sometime in 2022, they were hanging around in the Nut House pit stop with John Doe, Quiet, Pizza Boy, Bloody Mary, and Pit Viper. They were one of the Milkmen who become hostile towards John Doe when word gets out that his currently delivery will be his last. Petunia tries attacking John, but is knocked away and seen fighting somebody else before getting knocked out with a stool by another patron.
