It is a monster truck R/C seemingly based on a Dodge Power Wagon. It has hammerhead shark stickers on it sides, and the "HH" initials on the hood and the rear.

This monster truck is meant for crushing cars! Its tires can grow spikes and shred other cars to pieces. Get close to your opponents and press the Fire Weapon button [L2 button] for car crushing action!
Special Weapon[]
Car Crusher: Spikes will come out of the wheel and the monster truck will pounce on the vehicle three times before jumping off.

R/C resembling Hammerhead in Episode 3 of the TV Series
A R/C resembling this Hammerhead design was briefly seen in the Twisted Metal TV Series, during a flashback scene from before the apocalypse.

Hammerhead's special used to be different, as seen in an alpha build from July 17th, 2001 that was shown off by Dave Goodrich. It used to jump onto cars and perform an up and down motion repeatedly while on top of them.[1]
