- Flames: The car's flamethrower projects forward from its supercharger and sets opponents on fire.
Trivia[]
- This is the third of the many vehicles who borrowed from Thumper's original flamethrower Special Weapon. The others include Firestarter, Darkside, Warthog, Minion, Cousin Eddy, Kamikaze, and Crimson Fury.
- The game's manual mentions that the Hot Rodder sports dual flamethrowers. However, this is not the case in gameplay.
- Even though it doesn't sport dual flamethrowers, the boss from the Road Rage level, Super Thumper, does.
