Sweet Tooth on-foot section.
Mission was going to be a mode available in Twisted Metal: Harbor City, before it was cancelled.
Description[]
In addition to the game having the classic Story mode where you choose a car and progress through a series of levels, this game also featured a new mode that had the player take on "missions". Some of them had the usual Twisted Metal gameplay, others had specific objectives that needed to be met in order to progress, while some were on-foot segments. The known missions are below:
Mission 1: Asylum Escape[]
Movie: Warden Monolog

The escape sequence.
At the beginning, the player has to mash L1 and R1 to escape their confinement before being electrocuted. After that section is over, the player is able to fully control Sweet Tooth. He is able to pick up various weapons such as pipes and axes in order to fight the incoming police enforcers. The objective is to escape Blackfield Asylum by stealing an ambulance in the hospital section, but in order to do so, the player first has to find the Warden's keys.
The keys are in his belt.

The Ambulance at the end of the level.
At the end of the level there's a "mini-game" where the player is tasked to throw objects at the guard on a platform in order to kill him, but it is unfinished.
The keys tumble from his belt.
Mission 2: Ambulance Chase[]
Avoid Roadblocks
and
Find Police Impound Lot.

The ambulance.
The player controls the ambulance stolen from the hospital section of Blackfield and has to avoid the cops while driving on a long highway. Halfway through, a cutscene plays of the tunnel ahead being blown up, and a message detailing the next objective appears: "Turn back around and head back to the water tower."
Upon reaching the water tower, another cutscene plays showing two helicopters colliding and destroying the water tower, giving access to a new route, eventually leading the player to escape into the city, in a section nicknamed "Mini_DT" in the files.

In the city section of Mini_DT.
A giant green arrow points to the next location the player has to go to, which is the Impound Lot. Placeholder screens for cutscenes (movies) are shown when reaching it.
Movie: Ambulance Screeches to Halt
Movie: Psychotic Episode
Mission 3: Impound Lot[]
Movie: Sweet Tooth Exiting Ambulance
The player has to control Sweet Tooth through the Impound Lot, avoid traps, and fight enemies. The first objective is to find his keys.
The second one is to find his ice cream truck.
Movie: Sweet Tooth
Mission 4: Downtown Cop Battle[]
Movie: Battle the Cops
After acquiring his ice cream truck, Sweet Tooth must battle several cops in Downtown. These cops are copies of "Outlaw", unlike the previous cops from Mission 2.
Mission 5: City Center Combat[]
Movie: Find Harbor City Stadium
The mission takes place in the City Center, and the player has to battle a few enemies in order to progress. The movie name likely refers to the small stadium found in this area and not the actual Stadium battleground, but that is unknown.
Mission 6: Chase The Mole[]
Movie: Mole Vehicle Peels Out
After completing the previous mission, the player receives the objective on screen: "Capture Calypso's Mole Alive", implying one of the competitors from the previous mission was a mole sent by Calypso for unknown reasons. A string from the files suggests that the mole would jump out of the car (presumably when the mission ends), and enter the Mall. This means that if the mission was not left unfinished, the player would likely need to chase the mole from City Center to Goth, instead of just fighting them in the same spot.
Movie: Mole jumps out of car and runs into the mall
Mission 7: Mall[]
Movie: Sweet Tooth Entering Mall

Gothfoot.
This mission is quite unfinished, even compared to the others. It is the last mission playable in the latest build and it's unknown how many more missions were planned for the game.
Other missions[]
According to several screenshots from early 2005, there were also a few extra on-foot sections that are not in any currently public builds, they took place in a church, a night club, a convenience store, a dance lounge, and some others.
