Monaco is the seventh level in Twisted Metal: Head-On. It is a large arena, and the player has to defeat 5 enemies to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to either Tokyo Streets in the PSP version; or to Transylvania in the PS2 version.

The entire arena is a race track, and several formula cars can be seen racing.

- Falling: It's possible to fall in the water on the docks and on the tracks near the ocean.

Death Race[]
This Death Race Bonus requires players to race the Wrong Way! Survive two laps and destroy ten racers with your Fire Missiles to unlock Crimson Fury - three crashes with the racers and it's Game Over. Collect power-ups along the way.

Trivia[]
- It's possible to blow up a building next to the Mini-Game teleporter. There will be a remote bomb pickup to the side of it, plant the bomb next to the building and detonate. The building will collapse, creating a ramp connecting to the rooftop of the adjecent building, which contains a few pickups.
