Bio (Manual)

The first time Sweet Tooth killed someone he didn't even flinch. He did it as skillfully as a trained surgeon and without regrets. After the first one, it was obvious that he had found his calling in life. He quickly developed an insatiable thirst for blood. Sometimes his victims were meticulously hunted down, but most were randomly chosen and just unlucky to have crossed his path. No one was safe.

Story

Sweet Tooth is a feared serial killer terrorizing Midtown, well-known for his vast numbers of gruesome murders. One day, he is finally captured and sentenced to death via the electric chair. A preacher came into the observation room; he seemed to be someone intending to save Sweet Tooth' soul, but he had other plans. When Sweet Tooth was being electrocuted, the preacher shouted out to God to put a curse on Kane, to burn forever with the flames of hell. At that moment, Sweet Tooth' head was set on fire, and he broke free from the bonds. He then gets beaten by four officers, managing to kill three in less than a minute, and puts his mask back on. Soon after, Sweet Tooth is sent to Blackfield Asylum. For three months, the pain from the curse got worse every day. Calypso came to visit and made Sweet Tooth an offer: if he won his contest, Calypso would remove the curse. He enters the contest, intent on killing Calypso later.

Ending

Sweet Tooth (Needles Kane) - Twisted Metal Black

Sweet Tooth won the contest and asked Calypso to make good on the promise to lift the curse. He gave him a vial that holds the blood of the preacher who cursed him on the night of his execution. If he drinks it, the curse will be gone, but Calypso also said if Sweet Tooth goes back to his killing ways, the antidote will wear off and the curse will return to haunt him. Within ten seconds, he chose to live with the curse rather than to give up his priorities, so he crushed the vial underfoot. He then kills Calypso by beheading him with a knife. With Calypso lying dead and free, Sweet Tooth intends to be the greatest killer of all time.

Trivia

• It is revealed that Sweet Tooth is the older brother of Charlie Kane's son.
• Sweet Tooth's mask was seemingly created by Mr. Kreel, the former boss of Dollface, as he is seen crafting it. Mr. Kreel also punishes Dollface by locking her in a mask.
• An action figure was created for Sweet Tooth following the release of TM:B. One was made for Mr. Grimm as well.
• Sweet Tooth originally stabbed Calypso in the stomach in his ending rather than slashing his throat.
