Old Pickup is the placeholder name for a new vehicle that was to be introduced in Twisted Metal: Harbor City, before it was cancelled. It's unknown if it had any planned name, special weapon or driver.
The vehicle is very unfinished in the build it is found in, with no animations for its wheels or weapons, likely the reason it wasn't featured in Twisted Metal: Lost.

Trivia[]
- A concept art of the Old Pickup can be found in the Sweet Tour Mode from Twisted Metal: Head-On Extra Twisted Edition. The model is nearly identical to this concept, but has some missing details, like the trash cans in the front, the spare wheel on the rear, and the saws on the wheels. The saws are hard to see in the concept depicted in Sweet Tour, but an alternate version with a unknown source shows them clearly.
- Another concept art can be found in Lee R. Wilson's ArtStation. It shows a mixed design between the pickup and a tow truck.
- Both concept arts of this vehicle are rejected designs from Twisted Metal: Black dated late 1999/early 2000; meaning the Old Pickup is a repurposed design and wasn't originally made for Harbor City.
- This vehicle is only playable in the prototype build of Harbor City dated 2005/08/11, which was made public thanks to the people at TMAlliance and CVLT OF OSIRIS.
