It is a wide R/C police car based on a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro.
Description (Manual)[]
Equipped with the latest in law enforcement weaponry, Outlaw fires an electrocuting taser beam capable of latching onto nearby opponents. Once attached, rapidly pressing the Fire Weapon button [L2 button] will send jolts of punishing electricity while stealing some of your opponents health!
Special Weapon[]
- Omni Taser: This version of the special has a shorter range like Twisted Metal III and can only connect to one opponent like the original two games. However, it has the added ability to steal enemies' health by rapidly pressing the fire button, making it a incredibly good special weapon.
Trivia[]
- According to Dave Goodrich, Outlaw's special was originally able to maintain its electrical connection to a targeted opponent no matter the distance, but this presented a potentially unfair advantage, even against Piecemeal. So, the special's range was lowered so that players would have to stay close by to their target in order to keep the connection going.
