History

Pizza Boy's past is unknown.

Sometime in 2022, he was hanging around in the Nut House pit stop with John Doe, Quiet, Petunia, Bloody Mary, and Pit Viper. He later became hostile towards John Doe after learning that his current delivery will be his last. Conner attempts to attack John during the big bar fight, but gets knocked onto a table by the package John is holding and is subsequently beaten over the head a few times with it afterwards.
