
Scrapped Vehicles is a page dedicated to documenting every vehicle design or idea that was scrapped during the development of every Twisted Metal game, be it actual in-game models or just concept art. This list does not include early designs of vehicles that made the cut.

Limousine. Part of an old collection of Twisted Metal wallpapers from PlayStation Underground, which featured concept art.

Twisted Metal: Harbor City or Head-On (Unclear)[]
These concepts were posted to Art Wanted in March 2004 by artist Donald Yatomi (concept artist for Head-On, Harbor City, and 2012). The date suggests that they were created either for Harbor City or Head-On, but it's unclear which one.

Parade Float. Was supposed to work like Juggernaut, with different players controlling different parts of the vehicle.[6]
Tanker. Unused vehicle found in the game's files.[7]

Unused "Bagger" boss. Parts of its idea were later used for the Carnival of Carnage.[10]

Phantom Tank. Posted to Art Wanted in May 2005 by artist Donald Yatomi.[14] Also shown in Sweet Tour.
Contra-Rotating Propeller Attachment. Posted to Art Wanted in January 2005 by artist Donald Yatomi (Head-On, Harbor City, 2012).[15]
