Shadow is a unlockable vehicle from Twisted Metal (2012).

Design

This time, the vehicle resembles a 1960 Edsel Villager and features a black paint job with red flames.

Special Weapons

• Death Coffin: Shadow's primary special works in the exact same fashion to the previous specials, press R2 (default) to fire and press it again to detonate an area-of-effect attack, the longer the casket travels, the more damage it will inflict. The "Coffin Bomb" can also be fired directly into enemies and will inflict maximum damage when a successful direct hit is landed.

• Reticle Death Coffin: The secondary special works very similarly to the Remote Bomb, which can be dropped in the environment and cooked. Cook the bomb long enough to inflict major damage.

How to Unlock

In Single Player, it is unlocked after beating Dollface’s fifth story event: Check Point Race - Diesel City.

In Multiplayer, Shadow is unlockable during online rank matches in the Tier 2 section of the vehicles.

• An early concept of Shadow shows its classic purple and black design.
• * In the European release of the game, the man on the coffin is already deceased, instead of alive and struggling like in the American version.
