Shock Therapy is an unlockable level in Twisted Metal: Small Brawl. It's a medium-sized arena.
Description[]
It takes place in a science lab that, as its name explains, has a huge amount of electricity. This level has an incredibly amount of interactable objects in it, including breakable jars, an elevator, acid, burners, etc.
Environmental Attack[]
The environmental weapon pickup is on the floor next to the skull. When activated, the bulbs will electrify any vehicle on the floor.
Hazards[]
- Dripping Green Acid: Deals small damage to any vehicle that drives under it.
- Falling Jars: If a vehicle fires at the bookshelf, glass jars will collapse from it.
- Electricity: If the bulbs on the wood are charged, they will go down the ramp and damage any opposing vehicles that gets in its way.
- Burners: Aligned at the wall there are several burners that if shot at, will activate and burn any car that comes in contact with them.

It is unlocked after getting 10 kills in Endurance Mode.
Trivia[]
- This is one of three levels to feature a green glow on your vehicle. The others are Now Slaying, Buster's Lanes and Holiday Havoc.
- The music that plays on this level is a remix of Dark Tooth's theme from Twisted Metal 2.
- The stage's name comes from the mental therapy of the same name.
- Up on top of the table there's a brain in a jar, that if broken will release the brain and cause it to hop around rampaging throughout the entire level.
