The vehicle is a blue sports car seemingly based on a 1969 Chevrolet Corvette. However, the front of it is more akin to that of a muscle car, such as a Camaro. It has bars on its front window, and a chaingun strapped to its right door. Its front bumper is a steel beam.

While attending one of her friend's weddings, Bloody Mary ripped off the bride's brand new sports car and escaped unnoticed. Its Special Attack is a screaming fiery missile that locks-on to its target. Once target lock-on is achieved (signified by the Opponent's Indicator Icon changing to red), press the Fire Weapon button [default: L2] to send the missile flying. It will burrow underground and through walls to relentlessly reach its target. Listen for the Special Attack's signature scream. If you hear it, watch the Radar for a red "+" target lock-on symbol. If it starts to move towards the center of the Radar, run for cover because you're its target.

The CG model of Spectre used in promotional images looked more akin to the 1969 Chevrolet Corvette C3. The car's design in-game (and in most of the cutscenes) looks less like a Corvette and more like a generic sports car.
The reason the promotional model is different is because it reflects an earlier model of the vehicle. This early design can be seen in action on a 2000 trailer from PlayStation Underground 4.4's second disc,[1] and can be glimpsed in Bloody Mary's middle cutscene after defeating Minion. A design similar to this early one is also seen in a concept art of Spectre.
