The Tasty Treats Ice Cream Truck is a vehicle from Twisted Metal: Black. It is a default character for the first time since the original Twisted Metal.

Design

It is an ice cream truck with a very slight resemblance to a Dodge Power Wagon. It has a big clown head on top that constantly rotates, and a hand holding an ice cream cone.

Description (Manual)

This ice cream truck's whimsical nature hides the truck's true function - a place for Sweet Tooth to commit his treacherous acts. Its appearance makes it easy to lure his most innocent victims. And more often than not, the freezer is used to store other "items" besides the frozen treats Sweet Tooth sells. The truck's heavy control and slow speed are offset by the devastating nature of its Special Attack.

Special Weapon

When activated, Sweet Tooth will transform into a towering contraption, setting numerous hidden missile racks to firing position before firing its payload (with shooting style similar to Zoomy missiles). The missiles have their own auto homing mechanism.

Trivia

• TM:B is the first game in the series to feature an extended-hood version of Sweet Tooth.
• The big clown head atop the truck is off-center in the CG model.
• In order to not block the player's view, Sweet Tooth's head and the hand holding the cone are both transparent while using it.
• According to factoid number 25 of the Sweet Tour mode from the PS2 port of Twisted Metal: Head-On, it took six months to finish the Sweet Tooth truck design from TM:B, and over three hundred concepts were made for it before they settled on the final look.
