Sweet Tooth is a vehicle from Twisted Metal: Head-On, once again driven by Needles Kane.
Design[]
It is an ice cream truck that has a slight resemblance to the Divco 206. Half of the clown head on the roof is inside the truck normally, but the head comes out when the Special Weapon is selected.
