Sweet Tooth is a hidden vehicle from Twisted Metal III.
Design[]
It is a white Chevrolet Step-Van with pink polka dots throughout it. It has a flaming head on top of its roof that slowly rotates. The Twisted Metal logo of Sweet Tooth's head is painted on the back.

Now here's a sweet machine with everything a competitor needs on four wheels. The treats this truck totes won't put a smile on anyone's face but yours. Let's see...guns, gas, plenty of cargo space for all those weapons you'll be picking up, and--of course--fudge ripple.
Special Weapon[]
- Flaming Head:[1] Launches a giant remote bomb shaped as Sweet Tooth's flaming head. It explodes when it comes in contact with any vehicle or when you detonate it.
How to Unlock[]
It can be unlocked by beating the game with any character, or by inputting " ←, ←, ←, →, → " at the Password screen.
Trivia[]
- Unlike in Twisted Metal 2, it is now possible to choose Sweet Tooth as an AI opponent. However, it must be manually selected.
- The texture used on the truck's head was reused from Needles Kane's menu artwork.
