Sweet Tooth's Bedroom, or simply The Bedroom, is the fourth level in Twisted Metal 4. It's a small-sized arena, and the player has to defeat 5 enemies, and then the stage boss RC Car, to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Amazonia 3000 B.C..

Sweet Tooth's hidey hole is surprisingly neat for a psycho clown if you overlook the old pizza boxes, bad graffiti and severed doll heads. He likes to sleep with explosives and gasoline close by and even has a nightlight. Maybe he's afraid of monsters. The trick here, besides not getting cooked alive in your car, is to get off the floor for some exploration.

The level is supposedly the dorm of Sweet Tooth, as a bed, television, a desk, and toy car ramps and accessories are found throughout the level. However, it is not entirely stated if the contestants fighting in this level have been shrunken to a small size or if the room is actually huge.

Tactics and Strategies[]
- Destroying the lamp reveals a Lightning pickup. The lightning comes from the electric outlets, so make your enemies come near them.
- Underneath the bed and behind the walls, there is a hidden section which hides a Full Health and other weapon pickups.
- RC Car is not very difficult to defeat, but it does continuously follow you. Do not stay in front of it, because that's where its Laser Special Weapon is shot.

- Seen on the walls are posters of drivers from Twisted Metal III (Mr. Grimm, Sweet Tooth, and Minion).
- In the Sep 29, 1999 prototype of Twisted Metal 4, the jump pad to the bed was missing.
