The Burnouts are a gang of pyromaniacs who were responsible for burning down Bloody Mary's old pit before she became a Milkman. A few of them were recruited by Sweet Tooth after he frees them from the Lawmen DMV.

- The actor named Fabian Blache III was listed in several different sources as the character 'Burnout Fireman' before the series even released, supposedly appearing in the fifth episode of Season 1: DRVTHRU. However, in the released product, no Burnout Fireman is seen, and the actor is not credited. It's possible that his scene was deleted or it was just a rumor.
