The Pits is a secret level exclusive to Deathmatch Mode in Twisted Metal 4.

Very similar to Nowhere to Hide, The Pits is a medium-sized arena with open space and weapons scattered across the ground. The only difference is that there are six destructible red-colored square sections in the center of the arena which can be destroyed with a Remote Bomb, a Proximity Mine, a Mortar, or an Auto Lob.
