The Vultures are a faction from the television series by Peacock, Twisted Metal. They are a gang of looters that live in camps called "nests". Their leader, if any, is unknown.

Traits[]
All Vultures wear tire armor (at least near other Vultures, according to Mark), often wear masks and drive beat up junk cars. Each of their cars seem to have one (sometimes two) Roman numeral(s) on their sides.

So far, six Vulture Vehicles were seen in the show. None of them are given enough focus, but have a lot of unique flair that fits the gang's theme.
Trivia[]
- This faction is completely original to the TV series, although their creation might've been inspired by the Roadkill vehicles from the games.
- Car XV is depicted with various machineguns in its concept art, but is never seen with them in the show. In Midtown Raceway, it had already been stripped of its guns.
- Originally, the Vulture who jumped from the top of the highway was scripted to jump from one car to another instead, but after the highway location was scouted, director Kitao Sakurai and DP Jim pitched it to be changed to the scene in the episode.[1]
