Tokyo - Dark Tooth is the final level in Twisted Metal: Head-On. It is a smaller version of the Tokyo Streets level, and where the player has to defeat Dark Tooth, and then take on Tower Tooth. Upon completing this version of the level, the game is finished, and the player gets to watch their chosen character's ending.
Description[]
While Tokyo Death Match puts the player on the level's subway system, Tokyo - Dark Tooth takes place above ground, in a boxed-in area surrounded by walls with electricity.
Bosses[]
Dark Tooth.
Tower Tooth.
Appearing in the final level, a cutscene shows Dark Tooth in the darkness, before it lunges out and chomps away at the pedestrians. the first battle is against a bigger version of Dark Tooth, but even though it's big, it is easily defeated.
The second battle is against Tower Tooth. A cutscene plays showing an ice cream shop gaining life and emerging from the ground. In the first phase, the player has to take down the bottom head. On the second phase, the player has to take down the top head.
