Tokyo Rooftops is the ninth level (tenth in the PS2 version) in Twisted Metal: Head-On. It is a medium-sized arena, and the player has to defeat 5 enemies to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Tokyo - Dark Tooth.

The rooftop level of Head-On, although it's a bit harder to fall off in this version. The player also has to destroy various towers in order to traverse to other roofs.

- Falling: Despite being very difficult to do so, it's still possible to fall off the roof and receive damage.

Sky Track[]
The Sky Track bonus is a combat race on a futuristic course that "figure-8's" the Tokyo Rooftops level. The objective is to survive a high speed combat race for three laps competing with the nitro-charged future bikes. Power-ups are placed around the track and you must win the race to unlock Hammerhead.
