Info[]
The biggest feature of this level is the massive castle. One can go to the rooftops via elevators, inside it, outside, and even drive down a path leading to an isolated area.
Hazards[]
- Crusher: In one of the entrances to the castle, there's two spiked walls that close in and open up, destroying any car that is caught between them.
Mini-Game[]
Platform Puzzle[]
You must make it through a course that blends platforming with a standard obstacle course. Finishing under one and a half minutes unlocks Transylvania DM.

Trivia[]
- Despite not making an appearance in the original release of the game on the PSP, an early version of Transylvania's theme (named PCASTLE) existed in the files from Twisted Metal: Rage, which is an early build of Head-On. From this, it can be deduced that Transylvania was a scrapped level that was brought back to the Extra Twisted Edition port on the PS2.
